With 10 tenements spanning 1,668 km2 across NSW’s Murray Basin, we will become a significant employer of local and Indigenous workers as part of our commitment to give back to the communities we operate within.
Throughout our current exploratory activities, we have engaged with a broad range of staff from within and around the Wentworth Shire where possible and know our workforce will expand quickly once we begin production in the near future.
Our initial workforce will grow to between 50 and 60 for the initial production at Copi North. . In the longer term, the workforce numbers will expand as additional production expansion from the other deposits in the portfolio are developed and are brought on line / into production.
And importantly, we promote a residential workforce so staff who have not been sourced from the district, will be supported in relocating to the area with their family, allowing them to contribute economically and societally to the community.
We expect to increase our workforce during the later half of 2020, and will be looking to employ staff in the following roles:
Relentless Resources takes it commitment to the communities we work in seriously. We understand the value we bring to communities and that they depend on us as much as we depend on them.
Our strategy is to engage as many locals as we can, including providing traineeships and apprenticeships to locals to allow them to build the skills needed for a career in mining.
We are also committed to providing and promoting Indigenous employment opportunities.
